Weekend Traditions

There are a few things you can expect if you are at our house on a regular weekend.

One. Movie and popcorn night on Fridays. Sometimes, we miss out on this one if something else comes up. But for at least 1 night a week, we take a couple hours to find a movie we can all watch, pop up some popcorn and snuggle up together. 

Two. Blueberry muffins on Saturday mornings. We have been doing this for almost 6 years. It's something that everyone looks forward to. And, those muffins do NOT stick around long. They are up for grabs all morning! 

Three. Church on Sunday mornings. I enjoy going to our church on Sunday mornings and relaxing in His presence. It just makes the whole week go smoother.

Four. Sunday is our "Day of Rest". It has been since we got married and I LOVE that even if the girls dread resting, they know that once we eat lunch, it's time to lay down for awhile and take it easy.

Five. We try to bathe the girls every Sunday night. It's the only one they get all week, so we do a real good job of cleaning every inch of them. ;)
